TK 180 is a 12-24 volt DC system capable of filtrating 5 gallons of fuel per minute.
Throughout the year you may only use a small amount of your 24 to 48 hour supply of fuel. Unused fuel can age, grow micro-organisms and accumulate water and other contaminants. Our portable filtration system removes waste products and returns fuel to combustible condition.
Diesel engines require optimal fuel quality for peak performance and reliability. Fuel however, is inherently unstable. Fuel breakdown is unavoidable and accelerated by heat, storage, pressure, condensation and microbial contamination.
Professional cleaning will reverse the degradation process and restore and stabilize the overall quality of fuels. The patented Algae-X Fuel Conditioning components work in conjunction with filters and separators to ensure that the fuel is free of particulates, sediments and water.

What Will Diesel Cleaning Do?
MTC3000 is a 120 volt AC system capable of filtrating 22 gallons of fuel per minute.
The MTC model is a three stage Mobile Cleaning System to recondition, stabilize and decontaminate fuels and oil. It efficiently removes water, sludge and sediments that naturally accumulate. The MTC cleans and restores fuel to its CLEAR AND BRIGHT condition. It eliminates clogged filters and sludge providing optimal fuel quality for peak engine performance.
STAGE 1: The separator/coalesce removes water and particulates that are easily drained from the system by opening the valve on the bottom of the separator.
STAGE 2: The Algae-X Fuel Conditioner reconditions and stabilizes the fuel-reversing process of fuel deterioration.
STAGE 3: The industrial type water blocks fine filter removes emulsified water and very fine solids down to three microns.
